When our volunteers found her, the cow was limping near a busy road, her eyes filled with fear, her body weak from hunger and wounds. Locals said she had been hit by a vehicle and left to suffer. Without hesitation, our rescue team brought her to Harikrushna Gaushala, where her journey of healing began.
We named her Gauri — a symbol of strength and grace. With immediate medical care, nutritious fodder, and a safe shelter, Gauri slowly regained her strength. What was once pain in her eyes is now replaced with peace.
